SPREE 2010
Theme: "Caribbean Nights"
Join the crew as we set sail for our 32nd annual Spring event "SPREE" that will be held on April 24, 2010 at the Union Station in Ogden. We are planning one of the most exciting events yet with charitable gaming (legal & fun!), silent and live auctions, incredible food, a full range of complimentary beverages and desserts to tempt even the strongest of wills.
SPREE is not only a celebration of the rich heritage and proven success record of Saint Joseph Catholic Schools. It is the major benefit that ensures this opportunity is made available to all families who desire it for their children.
This event strengthens our community and joins together those who value true excellence in education which makes it a great marketing opportunity for your business, as well. This year, we expect over 350 people to be entertained and inspired and we hope you will join us.
The cost to attend the event is $75.00 per person, and $800.00 per table (seats 8). If your company would be interested in becoming a Corporate Sponsor in contributing $1,000 or more to our event, please contact Danielle Falcione/Special Events Coordinator at (801) 393-6051 ext. 257.
As a Corporate Sponsor, your business will receive the following:
-Local news recognition (Standard Examiner)
-Minimum of 2 tickets to the event
-Special Recognition in the event program
-Listing on the school website
-Inclusion in the business directory section of this fall's parent diectory
-A unique Corporate Corner, next to raffle items, to advertise your business during the entire event
-Special Recognition in the Annual Report to the Community
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Without our Parent Volunteers this event would not be as successful as its been. DO YOU NEED PIP HOURS!! WE HAVE HELP YOU GET YOUR HOURS IN BY THE END OF THE YEAR!
Ths SPREE committee needs help on the following sub-comittees: Corporate (help calling local businesses for corporate sponsorship), Live and Silent Auction subcomitte (to help with getting items donated such as : time shares, furniture, antiques, basket items, gift certificates, air fare, baked goods etc.), Floral sub-committee (needs packaging peanuts, potting soil, plastic and clay pots, unique planters, and cash donations to help offset the cost of the plants themselves). We also need volunteer for the evening before the event to set up tables and decor, for the night of the event, and the day after to tear down everything!
Another way to help is to sell Jaycards! The “J Cards” are now ONLY $10 and we need you to come and get one for yourself, a friend and/or sell a few to your neighbors and co-workers! The sales of these cards help offset the expenses for mounting this year’s annual SPREE fundraiser.
The “J Card” is a discount punch card that offers the following:
· 10% off entire purchase @ Javier’s, and one free dinner after all 8 punches are used
· Buy One Get One FREE @ Santa Monica Pizza & Pasta after all 8 punches are used
· Buy One Six Inch Sub & Drink; Get another 6” Sub FREE @ Subway after all 8 punches are used
· 10% off entire purchase @ Daily Rise, and one free drink after 8 punches are used
For every 4 cards that you sell/purchase you will get 1 hour of PIP & 4 great deals!!!
