Admissions to Saint Joseph Catholic Elementary

In the spring & early summer of each year, Saint Joseph Catholic Schools host New Parent Information & Open House Nights. A New Student Testing Day for all applicants thus far is scheduled the first Friday in March.  However, new student applications are accepted at any time during the year and, when not occurring in the spring, individual arrangements will be made.

Preschool through 8th Grade

Preschool through 8th Grade: The admissions process is as follows:

• We invite you to come and tour the campus and see for yourself the excellent, challening & nurturing environment of our school.
• A completed application form is the first step in the process, along with the appropriate application fee submitted to the office.
• A copy of a birth certificate, immunization records, and a current report card will be needed.
• The office will call you to schedule a placement test. 
• If your family will be applying for financial assistance, please go online to www.factstuitionaid.com and make application. 
• All information, academic & financial, will be forwarded to the principal and you will be called for an appointment to discuss acceptance and any financial matters.
• If accepted for enrollment, you will be given information on payment options and will be asked to fill out registration and payment forms.
