FACTS ONLINE REGISTRATION AND NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Saint Joseph Catholic School is excited to have your student(s) return for 2010-2011 school year. In an effort to "go green" and streamline the re-enrollment process for the school and families . We have partnered with FACTS Management Company to introduce a new electronic admissions process.

Your first step will be to create a user account in the FACTS system. You are able to customize your own user name and password. Once your account has been created please click on "Add Student" in the left navigation menu. This applies to all new and returning families at SJCS.

You must complete all required activities to complete the registration process. This process includes the setup of your facts tuition agreement and monthly payment enrollment. Families that have chosen to pay in full will also use this system to pay their tuition but will choose the single payment option. FACTS will automatically credit your account for the $50 per student discount. FACTS will collect ALL funds on behalf of the school for 2010-2011 school year.

As in the past, payments for the 2010-2011 school year will begin in May 2010 and continue through April of 2011. In order for these payments to begin on time please complete this enrollment process by April 16, 2010.

SCHOOL CLOSURE

If there is any situation that prompts the administration to close or cancel school for the day, that information will be posted here.  Weather conditions, smoke issues from a nearby fire, safety concerns; the reason, details and length of closure will be posted in this paragraph space as soon as is possible.

Please remember that, even if school is open during inclement weather, parents have the final decision as to whether it is safe to travel to school from where you are
